We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at ladyb12348@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Shipping Policy (ترسیل کی پالیسی)
We process orders within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–15 business days internationally). Orders are fulfilled via Printify and shipped directly from the production facility. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
